      Responsibilities:

      • Provide hearing healthcare services to patients of all ages
      • Sell hearing aids and accessories including batteries, special products, ALD`S, or any other product available through practice.
      • Provide non-medical management of disorders of the auditory, balance, and neural system.
      • Works with a team of Audiologists and audiology assistants.

      Requirements:

      • Au.D. or Ph.D. in Audiology or an Audiologist practicing with a Master’s degree in Audiology before August 2007.
      • Licensure as an Audiologist in Minnesota with active NPI.

      Skills Required:

      • Strong organization and communication skills
      • Demonstrated proficiency in hearing aid dispensing to include programmable hearing aids of major manufacturers
      • Must be willing to follow clinic and company protocol and be coachable in regards to business strategies
      • Must be proficient with PC’s and conventional software packages as well as programming software
      • Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a wide range of patients, colleagues, and vendors
      • Medical insurance and CPT and ICD-9-CM coding experience a plus.
      • Commitment to treatment of hearing loss
      • The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
      • Must be able and willing to generate referrals from patients and physicians
