- Enjoy the things you love. Carve out time for activities that light your fire, whether it’s getting lost in a good book, exploring the great outdoors, or cuddling up with your furry friends. Doing what you love will help you unwind and de-stress.
- Reach out for a helping hand. If the loneliness feels overwhelming, don’t hesitate to ask for help. Your travel nursing agency, a therapist, or a support group can offer valuable resources and support.
