Elvira grew up in Dallas, TX, but every single summer was spent in Mexico with her grandparents. This was a tradition for her that lasted until she turned 18! Elvira can’t get enough of the warm weather and if she had one city and state to recommend to travelers she’d pick Phoenix, Arizona. The weather is sizzling hot, and the mountains and desert landscapes are always begging to be explored. She can’t get enough and knows you’ll love it too!
