RT is a born and raised Texan—He grew up in Amarillo, attended college in San Antonio, and then returned to the DFW area where he has been residing in Prosper for the past decade. RT can’t get enough of the area, and neither can his fam! Living in Texas his whole life, RT is a huge Dallas, Mavericks fan. He’s been a loyal supporter for over 20 years and gets season tickets every year! When he’s not busy at work, you can find RT hanging out with his wife and kids and their Cavapoo Doodle named Cash. Every year, RT and his family go on a ski trip to Big Sky, which is about an hour outside of Bozeman, MT. He says it gets better every year they go, and they have been going for the last 4 years. RT recommends everyone visits Montana at least once in their life!
RT is a big nerd at heart who loves working on software problems and finding solutions to enhance business efficiency. RT has experience in the staffing world, and his prior experiences and valuable expertise make him a huge asset to the IT team here at Focus Staff!
