Zach grew up a missionary kid and spent a good amount of his childhood in Oaxaca, Mexico. He now resides in Mississippi. He is a huge fan of the Mississippi State Bulldogs there. He claims to be a karaoke “rock god” and when he’s not doing that, he’s taking care of his two little girls; Reece and Ava. He loves Focus Staff because its an environment where it pushes everyone to succeed and brings out people’s deep potential. One of his favorite quotes is (originally from Wayne Gretzky, but also quoted from Michael Scott/The Office) “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
