George was our December Traveler of the Month 2022, and is now being recognized as our 2022 Traveler of the Year!
I’ve been in the healthcare staffing industry for 19 years now. I’ve seen travelers that are great at their job. I’ve seen travelers that are loyal to their agency. I’ve seen travelers that are solid, and consistent. Few have blended those three traits together more potently than George Benson. He has been a traveling IR Rad Tech since 2017! He’s been on 16 assignments with us. Yeah, you read it right…sixteen assignments!
I created the Traveler of the Month programs and the Traveler of the Year programs to make sure that our traveling community actually felt like part of the organization.
While they are working in another location and not in Dallas or at Focus Staff daily, that they felt like an integral piece of the journey here together. With longevity and consistency, like George has had; it is safe to say he is beyond integral for us!
So, like our Travelers of the Year preceding George…we recognize him, and we send him on an all-expense paid trip.
