What To Expect…
Control: As a travel nurse, you are only limited by your own choices. With travel nursing, you’re in control. Typically you can tell your travel nursing agency where you want to go, when, and for how long, and they’ll do their best to accommodate you. With a permanent position, you get what you get, and well….its “PERMANENT.”
Flexibility: As a travel nurse, you’ll work with a recruiter who understands your goals, needs, and preferences. They’ll get to know you and watch for assignments that get you the best available mix of location, hours, and compensation for your specialty. Travel nurses do have the flexibility to take as much time off as they want in between assignments. You can take 1 week off between assignments or 10! Want to go to Machu Picchu between assignments, go for it!
Great Pay & Benefits: By the time you add everything up including your housing, health insurance, and competitive salary package, it’s a very lucrative career. Don’t just live paycheck to paycheck! With travel, you can rack up some serious money and start getting closer to your financial dreams!
